It is a year since Annie chatted to Phil Honey at Caisson Gardens (just south of Bath in SW England) about how he and his wife Amanda have spent the past 15 years developing one of the most talked about gardens in the UK. As Annie was staying at Caisson running a two-day workshop she found some time to sit and chat with Phil again, this time about the meadows that form a large part of the gardens. Phil explains how with relatively little input the meadows continue to deliver the most spectacular annual display of flowers and increase the biodiversity of the site.
