Annie visits Caisson Garden in Somerset to speak with Phil Honey, who together with his wife Amanda have for the past 15 years been restoring and creating an extraordinary garden.
Caisson Garden is located in Combe Hay, south of Bath and features no fewer than 15 locks, revealing it’s industrial heritage, the Somerset Coal Canal once flowed through the garden.
Phil talks about how and why they created the garden and what their aims are for the greater landscape. Phil is passionate about biodiversity and creating a landscape that not only looks wonderful but provides food and shelter for a diverse range of creatures.
